The Gly-Tech QA/QC Program includes a perpetual on-the-job review of work practices by management to assure the overall quality of each project. The program includes an incentive bonus for the crew for accident free work that meets the quality needs of the client, as determined by the quality Service Document completed by the clients' field representative.

The Gly-Tech Safety Department meets the need for safety by designing and performing a comprehensive training program for field personnel. All projects are manned with company trained personnel.
